I'm back!

I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday filled with family, friends, and fun (may as well throw in food too!). Sorry I've been a little silent here on the blog, things have been very busy! There are so many homes on the market right now and new ones coming everyday. I'll have 2 new listings for you after the beginning of the year- keep your eyes open!

In the meantime, I ran across this article and thought it was too good not to share. I always look at houses and think "My house could never look like that. My house is too standard. Cookie Cutter." Well, HGTV has taken a cookie cutter house and proved that it can definitely have a classy, glamorous and personalized look. It's amazing what lighting upgrades, crown molding, and small kitchen upgrades (glass in cabinet doors, vent hood, etc.) can do! So check this out!

Easy To Make Christmas Ornaments

I know a lot of people these days are held up in their house (melt snow, melt!) and looking for activities to do. I found these homemade Christmas ornaments that looked fun and easy to make with kids, a spouse, or by yourself! If you are out of ideas and can't get out- give these a try!

P.S. When the cabin fever starts to get to you - and, ahem, it will get to you, here are plenty of ideas to get you out of the house and into the Holiday Spirit!

Tips For Selling Your Home In The Holiday Season

I've said before, that selling your home during the holiday season could be a good move for you (read about it here). I came across this article full of tips for this exact thing, so I thought I would let you know about it!

It talks about how you can stage for snow, how you should leave your lights on, and how selling during the holiday season reduces your competition. Find the full article here. Happy selling! Please let me know if you have any questions on how you can (and why you should) sell during this season!

P.S. Everyone stay warm in this crazy weather we're having! Have a cozy, snowed in weekend!

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree

If you can't tell, I'm in full on holiday mode over here! And loving every minute of it. So today, I'm thinking about Christmas trees. As I slowly see everyone around me putting there's up, I wonder how they decorate them. So I searched around for some inspiration and ideas on decorating Christmas trees in general and found this article! Enjoy all of the pretty trees! Does yours have a "theme"?
